2. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted on Legacynk’s platform was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your Contact Information: Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of Removed Content: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, including the specific URL(s) or location(s) where it was previously found.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Legacynk is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Legacynk may restore the removed content in accordance with applicable law unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.
3. Repeat Infringers
Legacynk reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to its platform for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law or who repeatedly violate this DMCA Policy.
4. Misrepresentations
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please ensure the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Limitations of Liability
Legacynk shall not be held liable for removing or disabling access to content in response to a valid DMCA notice, nor for restoring access to content in response to a valid counter-notification. Legacynk reserves the right to act as it deems appropriate in compliance with applicable laws.
